Platform overview

One product, many organisations, zero data mixing

Each NGO registers as a tenant with its own users, settings, branding, modules, and approval definitions. The platform is built as operational SaaS — not a generic form builder — so grants stay at the centre of spend and delivery.

Key capabilities

Grant-centric hub

Budget lines, amendments, and spending roll up to grants so programme and finance teams report from the same structure donors expect.

Workspace for every role

Staff use Me portal flows for leave, travel, and forms; managers use HR and approvals inboxes; admins configure RBAC in Settings.

Enable modules per tenant

Turn HR, procurement, travel, or hiring on when you are ready — without deploying separate tools or duplicate master data.

How it works

What problem it solves

NGOs often run grants in spreadsheets, HR in one tool, and procurement in email. Finance chases paper; programmes cannot see committed spend; auditors ask for trails that do not exist. This platform unifies operational records under tenant isolation so each organisation controls its own data while using the same product improvements.

  • Single sign-on workspace per organisation
  • Shared approval engine across finance, HR, and ops
  • UUID-based public identifiers for APIs and deep links
  • English and Arabic UI with light/dark themes

Who uses it

Country directors see dashboards; programme managers own grant budgets; HR administrators manage leave policies and attendance sites; procurement officers run PR → RFQ → PO cycles; finance reviewers act in the approvals inbox; staff submit self-service requests from Me portal.

How modules connect

A purchase request can reference grant budget lines; travel clearance respects HR policy; hiring requisitions flow through approvals; vendor hub lets suppliers quote on RFQs without tenant login. Connections are domain-driven, not arbitrary custom fields.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions from NGO programme, finance, and IT teams evaluating this module.

Is each NGO organisation isolated in the platform?

Yes. Every organisation is a separate tenant with its own users, settings, modules, branding, and records. Platform operators cannot act as tenant users on tenant APIs.

Can we enable only the modules we need?

Yes. Organisation admins toggle modules in Settings — for example grants and HR first, then procurement, travel, attendance, or hiring when ready.

Does the platform support Arabic and English?

Yes. Marketing pages and the signed-in workspace support EN and AR with RTL layout, plus light and dark themes.
