Onboarding
Launch your organisation workspace
You can go from registration to a working pilot in days. This guide reflects how tenants are actually provisioned in the product — not a sales-only checklist.
Key capabilities
1. Register
Create the organisation record and first admin user through self-service registration.
2. Configure
Set branding, locales, currencies, offices, and modules in Settings.
3. Operate
Load grants, invite staff, define approvals, and run real requests.
How it works
Create your organisation
Registration provisions a new tenant. The first user becomes an organisation administrator who can access Settings, invite members, and enable modules. Use a real admin email — workspace two-factor and recovery depend on it.
- Choose organisation display name and slug
- Accept security policies for your pilot
- Sign in to workspace dashboard after verification
Invite your team & assign roles
Invite colleagues by email, assign functional roles from the RBAC matrix, and scope data where programmes are country-specific. Start with a small pilot group: one finance reviewer, one HR admin, one programme lead, and two field staff.
- Settings → Members & invitations
- Functional roles vs legacy org roles
- Catalog privileges documented in admin matrix
Enable modules & approvals
Turn on grants, HR, procurement, or travel modules when ready. Map approval definitions to your delegation of authority before wide rollout. Test one document type end-to-end — for example a leave request or purchase request — before migrating legacy spreadsheets.
- Module toggles per organisation
- Approval definitions per document type
- Me portal forms for staff self-service
Light / dark theme
Use the sun/moon control in the header on any page. Theme preference is stored in your browser cookie and applies to marketing pages, login, and the signed-in workspace for a consistent experience in field offices or low-light environments.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions from NGO programme, finance, and IT teams evaluating this module.
How do I create an organisation?
Use Create organisation on the marketing site or register route. The first user becomes an organisation administrator with access to Settings.
Which modules should we enable first?
Most NGOs start with grants, budgets, finance, approvals, and HR. Add procurement, travel, attendance, or hiring when operational readiness allows.
Does the product support Arabic?
Yes. Switch EN or AR from the header on marketing pages and in the workspace; locale is stored in your session.
Is data isolated between NGOs?
Yes. Each organisation is a tenant with separate users, settings, and records. Platform admins are separated from tenant actors.
